Andy
Simpson is not only an excellent builder, but has been attention to detail
and very creative in making our house special. My wife and I are very
particular and Andy has shown us that he not only builds, but really cares
about quality and his product. As a result of his excellent work, we have
opened up our home to other potential clients of Andy so that he can show
off his work (and ours). We are very proud of the product and so should
Andy. On a personal note, Andy has not only been our builder but has
turned out to also be a great friend.

In
January of 2005, we purchased a home on 15th Street North in
Brigantine. This had been built by Andy
Simpson.
From
the beginning, Andy was accommodating, helpful, and eager to meet whatever
needs we had concerning the house. If
something had to be adjusted, installed, repaired, or replaced – often things
that were not covered in any kind of a home warrantee – Andy had that taken
care of quickly.
Andy has done some “over the top” things like –
actually driving us to the closing; helping us get new electronic equipment
that was better than what we would have chosen at a price that was much lower
than we would have paid; referring us to a number of local professionals such
as a house watcher, a landscaper, an alarm company, etc. that resulted in no
gain to him. Once, he even went so far
as turning on the dishwasher when we had left for several days without doing
that. He has treated us to lunches and
dinners and brunches on more occasions than we can count.
Our
house is beautiful and we enjoy it immensely.
Part of this is due to the
professionalism and friendship Andy shows us.
